- Organisation
- Maintaining concentration/focus

- Difficulty completing work or projects
- Difficulty with time management and productivity
- Impulsivity
- Sleep problems
- Forgetfulness, losing things
- Mood swings, problems regulating emotions
How can we help?
Neuropsychologists are trained in the assessment and behavioural treatment of ADHD. We can work with you to provide tailored recommendations to reduce the impact of ADHD symptoms, such as addressing sleep and fatigue, implementing cognitive strategies to address poor organisation and concentration and improve work productivity or efficiency, and behavioural strategies to address impulsivity or relationship concerns. Neuropsychologists also treat mood disturbance which many people with ADHD also experience, such as depression and anxiety. We can liaise with your workplace, school, or other healthcare providers to discuss your assessment and our recommendations if required.
