Sleep Issues

Sleep Issues

Do you constantly feel tired, experience brain fog, or mental health problems? Sleep difficulties may be why. You may have difficulty getting to sleep, poor quality sleep, or early morning waking? Or maybe you get to bed too late and don’t get enough hours sleep each night. Sleep problems can affect your mental health and physical health.

Everyone can experience problems with sleep, but you might have a sleep disorder if you have regular trouble sleeping, feel tired during the day even after sleeping for seven hours the night before, or you have difficulty functioning in your regular day to day life, such as at work.

How can we help?

Whether you have a medically diagnosed sleep disorder or just general sleep problems, we can help you get a better night’s sleep. We will explore with you your sleep difficulties and devise a treatment plan that may include one or several evidence-based approaches such as:

  • Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
  • Relaxation Therapy,
  • Stimulus Control, or
  • Sleep Restriction Therapy.
